I might buy it but first I need to make sure ever-thing is ROAR Approved or I cant race that's all that is to it. I will also look into that 550 size can a little more, if they fit un the truck and under my wallet Lol. And you sed that they make steel axles universals for the front but what about the back because I need this truck as strong as possible but did you see those other steel axles I mentioned on my post, if there the same or close to the same then I will consider order a set of these for my truck. If your right then would it work with a RX8 because if you know me I am pretty much Tekin only racing but in some conditions I run other brand like castle creations and other brands but my question is that would this big of a system like an 1/8 system well would that be overkill on the track? I would accept the pro4 but need to do a little more research on it, but with a servo over 200 oz. Thank you for the links, anyway are those 550 size motor legal in ROAR rules because I heard that they have strict rules when it comes to motors and esc's. But thank and if you can reply I would really appreciate it. Also with the servo the xp 13 are those from savox or hitec? Do those servos have a nice amount of speed and torque? I also saw some solid steel front and rear axles on ebay (don't know what brand they are) but they are $ 80.00 but the MIPs are around 120 (sorry if am wrong) but these look decent solid steel for the price, would you recommend these or not? ( type in solid steel front and rear axles for traxxas slash 4x4) which I think is what you type in. Know I don't know if that's true but your right with the mamba max pro, what other motors can work in this truck if the pro4 is not enough? remember I want a lot of power and torque but I don't want overkill on the track because I saw one guy had to much of a powerful motor and he was all over the track(non-racer) but would a tekin gen2 motor work good in their or would I want more torque if that's so I can upgrade the rotor and give more torque but not to much. Know as my power supply I heard that the pro4 motor is torque but they don't have much punch to the throttle when coming around corners. ![]() the RPMs plastic, I have heard that aluminum does bend and that rpms plastic is very strong, know another questions is that does this plastic break or snap, because if it does I can just buy a couple sets just in case. Thank you for your help, I was just thinking about the aluminum vs. Also before I close up do I need anti-roll bars, a cooling fan for the esc or motor? anyway if you guys can tell me what to order I will, just need advice, thank you. Also, with running a 2s lipo (ROAR's rule) do I need to upgrade to a more powerful motor/ESC, because the vxl-3s is only a 2 pole and I am thinking about a sidewinder 3 or a mamba max pro (castle creations), but I am new to racing so If anyone could help I would really appreciate it. & Back (if needed)* $ N/Aīut even know I am dressing this slash in mostly full aluminum I still need to find out what you would recommend about RPM plastic vs. aluminum motor mount Blue (its needed) $25.00 Golden Horizon (G.H.) Front lower a-arms Blue $23.00 Hear are the upgrades that I will order with the truck. Now would RPM plastic a-arms be ok or should I just buy the aluminum stuff? Remember that I will not bash with this, its all out racing. My question is that I heard that a lot of aluminum upgrades are strong and cool looking but I also heard that if you bend them they cant go back into its regular shape. Hello, soon I will be buying a new traxxas slash 4x4 ultimate and I will use it for short course racing.
